Default Moving to Antibes in 3 months

Hi,

I will be moving to Antibes in about 3 months. For starters the company I will be working for will provide accommodation (first month i think). After that I will have to find my own place (studio or apartment).
Is anybody living in Antibes ? What are the prices in regards to rent and other things (electric / gas / etc) ?
I will leave in Antibes for at leas 1-2 years so how is the life there ? Can you take dancing classes or french ? What are the leisure choices ?
What is the average cost of living per month for a person (rent + expenses + going out once a week etc) ? 1-2000 euros ? More?
Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance,
Iris

My girlfriends family has an apartment in Antibes!

I will have to ask her about some of the questions you have asked but when I get some answers I will be sure to post them back here for you.

From what I have heard/seen Antibes seems to be a very beautiful place.
