Ok just about to book Effiel tower n dinner and Moulin Rouge trip is it cocktail dress only.???

Once upon a time my partner worked in the Eiffel tower restaurant (the one on the 1st floor doesn't require a dress code) - I think the restaurant on the 2nd floor might require some sort of dress code, but that one is super expensive and has to be booked a month or two in advance. I'd imagine the Moulin Rouge might require something beyond casual, as that's not a cheap place to visit either.
