As you are not an EU citizen you will need to contact the French Embassy in your country and ask them for the visas etc that you will need to enter and work there.

Ok the French embassy can be found at http://www.ambafrance-??.org/ where I have put the two red ?? marks place your country code. Visa restrictions are usually assessed on a personal skills and status basis. Being that just about everyone that uses this forum is British (Hence the Name) we don't require visas or anything to reside in France. Should you become the Spouse of some one from the European Zone then it would become a lot easier to reside here. There are a few members with non EU Spouses that have relocated to France. I would also consider looking for a Forum that is more tailored to emigration and Expatriates for your country of residence as you would find more advice suited to your situation.
