We have a property in 79140 , near cerizay / le pin is there anyone on here local to that area pls we are looking for someone to maintain and look after our property / land /lake on a regular basis I'm.struggling where to go to find someone can any help pls we live in UK

Welcome to the forum.
I note that you're in Deux-Sevres, Poitou-Charentes. Have you tried estate agents in your department? They may have contacts who provide the type of maintenance you seek.

Have you tried looking for "paysagistes" in your local Pages Jaunes? Most businesses/artisans will be listed, after all they want customers to find them.
You can get the Pages Jaunes online if you're in the UK.

Out of interest, I checked "paysagiste-entretien" in the vicinity of the two towns, and there are several artisans in the area, at least to take care of the land.
If by "property" the OP means their house, I'm not sure what they mean by maintenance. They'd have to find a different artisan for each aspect. If it's just to keep an eye on the house and maybe clean it, then they could ask around their neighbours. There may be a general handyman or home-help among them who could look after it and let them know if there are problems. We had a very helpful neighbour who did this when our house was still a holiday home and he organised the plumber when the pipes froze, etc.... A certain amount of trust is necessary....
