No problem. Did you know that Next, Marks and Spencer and Tesco direct (clothes) also deliver to France? I think M&S only charge £5.00 too.

Re: Hi, any info on life in Bordeaux??
Hello everyone,
This thread has been useful to me already! I'm moving with my husband for 2 years this summer (2013) as I have a research fellowship at one of the Universites.
I visited Bordeaux in September for a conference, it's certainly extremely beautiful, but we prefer living in quieter areas, and having a garden is also important to us.
Would anyone advise on the following areas for renting?
We are looking at Talence, Pessac and maybe Gradignan
We are hoping for a maison not appartement, budget is about 1000 Euro/month.
We will rent our UK house while we are away.
We're also considering starting a family while we're there, my husband would stay at home as my salary will be good enough. I'm more than a little nervous about the potential for giving birth in France, so any advice/ experiences here would also be greatly appreciated.
Great to meet you all here, and maybe one day in France!
Becky
