HGV work in france?
Can anyone advise of british companies that work from france, or french companies that would hire an limited french speaking brit to drive for them... what areas would be the best and can you give an idea of rental prices as initially we wouldnt be able to buy somewhere

Although it's the English job centre, there is a section where you can search for jobs in other European countries. They have HGV vacancies so might be worth checking it out. Otherwise, you could look at contacting somewhere like Norbert who are a large haulage company, they have jobs on their website http://www.norbert-dentressangle.com...es-emplois.php
As for rentals, it will depend largely on the area you choose to live in.
