good idea?
 

Hope someone will give advice here?? will be selling house here (uk) to allow us to buy house in France-will continue to live here but will holiday in France etc and maybe stay there longer when we retire. Will have to rent here and don't think we will get a mortgage again here-i am 46 and husband 42- what do others think-good investment or not??risky or not?? House prices here are a nightmare!!!
