Default Glamping/campsite wanted

Hello
We are looking to move to France, preferably the Dordogne area. Looking to buy a small glamping or campsite 8 to 10 pitches or one needing developed and has commercial licence. We are looking on all the usual estate agent sites.

Hi, and welcome to the forum! I'm not sure that this forum accepts offers to buy commercial property, but meanwhile, a quick google search came up with many sites, starting with the following, which will give an idea of what's around and what the competition is if you find one to purchase (asking yourself why it's for sale...). You should also get info from official sources (the Mairie or the "Service-Public Camping" site) as to the rules and regulations of running camp sites, and be prepared to set up a business structure in order to run it legally.
HTH.
P.S. Who are "we"? If you're not legally bound, you must consider all the legal consequences of buying jointly, France not being a "partner-friendly" nation.
