Couldn't log into my original account. So I set up another one, was told they would be merged but they never were. Second one now seems to have been deactivated and I still can't log into the first - no idea what email address I used, I assume it's one I no longer have as I haven't been getting notifications for years.
Sorry but it's too much hassle, so I would just like to say Bye to the "friends" I made and wish you all well.

The original (EuroTrash), along with the second account (ETwenthome) were merged, using the original account details. The email address appeared to be a domain that may have expired.

You can contact admin rather than continuously creating new usernames. There is a secret Q&A you'll need to answer.

It is indeed sad if EuroTrash has left us.

I see that the posts she made as ETwenthome have now been attributed to EuroTrash, so the second account has been merged with the original, but... as she says at head of thread, she doesn't remember which email account she used for the original identity - and thus has no chance to access that email, so although EuroTrash's profile allows for 'Send a message via email to EuroTrash' that's not going to help one bit.

What might be possible (and would be really cool if they managed it) is if some super-admin type person were to copy the current email address for the user ETvanishedintotheether into the profile of user EuroTrash and then revisit the whole password reset palaver.

I used to do this kind of stuff for a living... fingers in the nose.

Anyway, apologies dmu, which version of Incognito do you identify with? France 1957, or one of the others from 1997 or 1999 or 2009?

Bob as a BE Admin can certainly help with this.
Eurotrash should contact him direct using this FORM.........if it works. Sometimes these do not.
Or maybe another helpful poster can ping Bob via PM about this. Whichever , a current email for Eurotrash would be needed so perhaps also someone can contact Eurotrash direct because at the moment this poster has no way to make contact to BE other than the form.
