The language brings confidence for sure, but definately the health care matters and is of great importance. Having experienced french healthcare....yes it is good but the paperwork....good heavens

We sold our place in Pas de Calais (Sept Vallées) near where you are, with Hexagone France, www.hexagonefrance.com within 5 months though we had to be realistic with the price.
The person running it, owner/part owner, Gwen, is English (fluent French) and works with local agents along the coast from Calais right through to Brittany.

On my iPad at the bottom of this thread is an example of how to market. They have built their own website www.livethedreaminfrance.com and through google got it placed on this site.
I did a similar thing with a friends property near Brantome. The whole thing cost about £2000 with building the website and paying for google clicks but it sold within 4 months after being with agents for 3 years.

the price asked is very important friend is selling their house and they have had eight viewings and a couple of offers they couldnt accept as they dont want to give their house away .. and they have only had it on the market for seven months
