For general advice, there are many here who are very knowledgeable - more so than I!
I spotted in your list QROPS. Be v careful. Most of the people who give QROPS advice are people who are selling QROPS schemes.
Otherwise good luck - France is a great place to live. Work on the French, as conversation is so much a part of French life
