Default Fishing in and around Bergerac

Hi All,
Does anyone have any fishing information or tips about fishing in and around the Bergerac area that they could share with me please? My 19 year old son and his friend will be visiting us in a few weeks time and want to spend most of their time fishing.
I do believe that they need licenses and they can get these from Eymet and the fishing shop on the ringroad around Bergerac on the way to Sarlat, just past the airport.
I also believe that there is a lake near Eymet and the River Dordogne where they can fish, other than this I have no idea about fishing, tackle etc. Are there any places that also rent out fishing tackle etc. Any help, advice site locations etc would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
