Feuille de soins

Hello. Can someone tell me how I can download a feuille de soins online please? I thought I could do this on the Ameli site but cannot see one on there. Failing that do I need to get one from the pharmacy or infirmary? Normally get one from my MT if necessary but forgot yesterday!! thanks in advance.

The MT should have given you the Feuille de Soins when you paid, if you haven't got a Carte Vitale. You can't download one, as they have the Practician's name and references printed on them.

Re: Feuille de soins

I have a CV but I did not realise that I would have to pay for vaccinations at the pharmacy afterwards. My hubbie had a tetanus last year and didn't pay anything but I paid a lot yesterday for Hep a and b and typhoid vaccinations for a holiday. I was hoping to tey and claim off of CPAM and top up assurance?? I have got a feeling the facture they gave me suggests that a small part of this is paid already automatically by CPAM and the top up and I pay the rest!!Also, I normally go to a different infirmerie for my vaccinations as our is not the best. Does a MT need to countersign an ordonance if I use a different infirmerie? thanks

DTP and flu jabs are "free". No idea about the vaccinations you mentioned. Maybe some one who has been to exotic climes will come along to advise, but I wouldn't think those are covered by the Sécu...

It's better to have a prescription that doesn't name the specific person/nurse/specialist you have to see. As if you visit an alternative person then a new prescription can be needed.

I think you are right. I think last time my husband visited a separate infirmerie a medecin there needed to countersign the ordanance. thanks all
