We require someone well-versed , in French tax issues ( and solutions , especially for foreign retirees/E121s , in France ) ;

Thanxxxx so very much , for what appears to be a well-intended advice/info ;
what I'm after is a quality expert advice by a qualified , Engl.-speaking , French Tax-system specialist , who does NOT base their specific advice on the sum/amount of ( Assurance Vie ...or other ) commission they can receive therefrom ;
a fair hourly/advice fee , to an Independent knowledgeable person , I'll gladly offer & pay ( but not the signing of any rip-off "offshore"/Life Assurance blackmail PPB contracts - with which soooo many expats frequently appear to end strangled and pauperised !!! )
