Electricity tariff without a standing charge?
Hello! Does anyone know of any French electricity supplier that offers either a pay as you go, or 'normal' tariff without a standing charge (Even at a higher than average unit rate) - In particular this year, due to Covid-19. My bill is going to be 70% standing charge due to not being in France! Any ideas welcome.... Many thanks in advance.....

Unfortunately the "abonnement" (standing charge) is billed come what may, whether you consume electricity or not.
For info, my abonnement EdF costs 10,07 € for two months.
