Dog Passport Question
Hi
Our Rescue dog has a Romanian EU Pet Passport
We live in the UK and want to travel back to our Holiday home in France once everthing is fine to travel,
Will the dog need to go through all the UK rules and paperwork or is she essentially a European Pet and be treated as such
Any advice is appreciated
Cheers
John

https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/se...tour-en-france
which covers bringing pets into France from a non-EU country (UK).
Your dog was originally from the EU, but the first "exception to the rule" would only be valid if the vaccination against rabies and subsequent successful "titrage sérique" were done 3 months before it left the EU.
I would guess that this isn't the case, in which case its Romanian Passport wouldn't be valid, and you'd have to comply with the conditions listed at the beginning of the link.
At least you've time to do it all, since it's unlikely that Covid will allow entirely free movement in France within the next few months.
Keep an eye on the updates in the various Covid/Curfew/Transiting through France threads - the restrictions change regularly, depending on the Covid figures....
Bear in mind that you would also need a Visa of some sort (short-term tourist?) for yourselves, due to Brexit...
