do you get a lot of midges in limousin area
Hi can any one tell me if you get a lot of midges in the limousin area and how bad do they get thanks

We're in the Correze, and hardly see any midges or mosquitoes, so they are not a problem here.

superb collective noun, an annoyance of midges.
I used to go fishing on the river Avon in Dorset where I was plagued by annoyances of midges but I would not say that there were a lot of midges in Dorset per se.
I guess the same would apply to the Limousin depending on the location,time of year and the weather.
