Could anyone summarise the current situation, please. Presumably all are closed? Is there any re-opening date in sight. (Not coming from the UK, so that aspect doesn't apply.) Thanks.

Most are accepting bookings from early April if not sooner. No guarantees but in theory you should get your money back if you're prevented from taking up hyour booking due to Covid restrictions. Have you looked?
