I should imagine that the garage where the vehicle was purchased will issue a guarantee document, which should be recognised by all other Mercedes agents.
THIS LINK may also help.
They claim the guarantee covered by Milletoile is very comprehensive, and covers the change of any necessary parts including manpower, with the exception of items prone to general wear & tear.
It should be noted that injectors and catalytic converter are not covered when the mileage exceeds 100k klms.

Makes sense that it doesn't cover the only bits likely to go wrong.

But you do get 1000 spare stars for the bonnet which is essential since this is the most stolen car item in the world. Don't you? Maybe not.
