I am tying to buy some furniture on-line, but it seems getting it delivered to our house in the Mayenne is a problem. Are there any companies out there that deliver everywhere?

Not an answer to your question but there is an IKEA at Tours and you can rent a van and load it all up. I see lots of people doing just that for student accommodation or expats newly arrived.
People seem to come from a long distance to buy their stuff.
You can check the stock range online.
