Building a new house?
We have just obyained planning to build two houses, one 127M² the other 250M². We have been surprised at the high cost of building. We are obtaing quotes from established (and reputible) companies as well as seperate Macon's, Electricians etc. Has anyone built , or had built a similar sized house in the last year or so and how have you found the costs?
