The problem with renting for commercial purposes is that a landlord cannot terminate a tenancy or evict, the tenant has to voluntarily agree to vacate but if he/she refuses then there is little you can do about it.

Getting in before Brexit remains a game of chance because there are still no guarantees of anything !
