Yes, boudin noir is nice but different - it doesn't have separate chunks of fat. They must homogenise it or something, so in a way it's nicer cos it's greasier :sneaky: - but - sometimes - you just want a chunk of FAT.

Still we all have our weaknesses - don't we? ;) Sweet and sour prawn balls, Deep fried crispy mussels, Mongolian fried lamb going to the Chinese is just not the same and locally we are stuck with Chinese restaurants that are buffet menu's and not nice
