Live somewhere else then. It's a downside to Belgium too small for dishes. But in Holland they have lots of dishes that are way up high.

Has anybody found a radio that can receive BBC Radio in France during the day? I don't mean a satellite - just an ordinary wireless I can carry about.

Not a hope, You could get a 3g Phone and listen to it on the move over the skinternet;)

Radio Waves just are not as good as Gamma Rays or UV for that matter.

Not for radio JDR. It's just the TV on demand that you need the UK ip and for some news report videos. Radio is fine (unless it is football where they only hold the rights for the UK)

I've found iPlayer radio tends to crash Firefox. Never been able to get it to work.

Hi,

I've been trying to do the opposite, and my language skills aren't up to using the reverse expat websites...

Does anyone know how to access the French iPlayer programmes from the UK? e.g. M6 Replay

For mac users can i recommend 'iplayer downloader', its free and it states for UK users only but in the preferences you can just copy in an UK proxy and download lots of shows, to keep forever

You can buy a wifi radio i have one that i have used in france for about a year.
check ebay for wifi radios i have a revo blick cost £50-00 also Orange shops sell their own radio about 99€ you MUST have WIFI .All you have to do is enter your WEP code and press reset button on orange livebox and then you have access to about 8000 radio stations world wide inc BBC both national and local stations.
Good luck

You need a few more posts before you have access to the PM System.
