Just asked my French OH what "un petit perdu" was. He said he'd never heard of it except as a small person who's lost. Maybe it's a regional variant of "le petit coin"?:confused:

When ever im lost its what I say, Im sure its not right but it always gets the point across. And I become unlost. :lol:

Can I ask what does "pettie" means? Is it rude? I can't find it in my dictionary.

Hi, I thought it was a variant of "petit" but as mentioned above, my OH has never heard of it.

P.S. Just seen the explanation - I was a little bit lost!:)
