Hello,

Just wondered if anyone has experience of Not receiving payslips while working in France as an Auto-Entrepreneur, and how one can about getting a payslip with out having to forge one / getting an employer to create one?
even though I've never received one because I submit invoices.

As I only have invoices, I need a pay slip to reactivate my lift pass, as the lift companies do this because of so many people who have seasonal work passes but do not always work the whole winter / summer season.

Hi there

not sure why an employer would give you a pay slip as an AE... you are selling them a service... we dont give our AEs payslips, just pay the bills that they send to us.

If you want a payslip, you would have to create one yourself I think

You can't get a payslip. Your invoices are the only thing plus your avis d'impots that can justify your income.

Bicks, is this a perk, rather than work related? A bit of work-life balance? Even in the UK a self employed freelancer gets paid on invoice, as dennerlymum and Garonne have indicated happens in France.

Does the OP give payslips to her plumber, her shoe repairerer and all her other service providers, confirming that she's paid their social contributions for them? I bet she doesn't. What would she say if they asked for a payslip? I bet she'd say 'No, why should I?'
If you're not an employee, you don't have an employer and you don't get a payslip. Simples.
