British Expats - 12 months long term rental in Charente Maritime

HELP!! Today we have arranged to rent out our house in Spain for 12 months with a view to renting for the same period in Charente Maritime. Things have happened very quickly (much quicker than we had envisaged) and we are now in a bit of a panic because we need to move by the first week in September. We are looking for accommodation in the Gemozac area, a minimum of 2 bedrooms with some kind of garden. We have 4 cats who will be going to France with us so obviously, we need somewhere that is cat-friendly! We have a budget of up to 700 euros per month (including utilities preferable, but not necessarily vital.) Can anyone help??
