They used to be a Post Office Counters affiliated company (I don't know if they still are) so when we had the post office we used to use them all the time.

Only ever had a problem with them once, with some flowers that went to the MiserableMIL (as opposed to the niceMIL) - she rang them up, they apologised, refunded my money and sent an upgraded bouquet to make up for it. Proper customer service.

IF they get delivered!!!

I used them last year and the flowers went missing along with dozens of other people's orders, the complaints were all over their facebook site. Some were delivered dead, to wrong addresses or just not at all. My order eventually arrived some 4 days later, they reimbursed me but I wouldn't trust to use them again.

How unfortunate. I've sent their flowers to different people in different parts of the UK including N.Ireland and never had a problem.

we have used them for the last 5 years and never had any problems.

unfortunately moonpig doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland
