Default Melbourne weather warning

I knew they were having it really windy, but I've just seen a news flash on channel 9 saying that there were evacuating from Melbourne's CBD tonight! Does anyone have other info on this?

Stay safe you guys over east

It's still a bit blowy outside, but the worst is over. Lots of trees fallen over, transport heavily disrupted, apparently some woman died when a wall fell on her, but I don't know if this was weather related.

And there were 130km winds in Ballarat today....funny though,it was quite a mild day

The tail end of tropical cyclone Pancho. All moved south already. Heading over Tassie at the moment. All gone by the am.
