Its raining quite alot this time of year, part of my land in flooded, its really only in summer theres not much rain, if you live on an acreage the smart thing to do is to get some big rain tanks and catch all the stacks of rain you get in winter then you have enough for summer.

Yes but as of now they at 77% because there has been that much rain up there, There is no end in sight down here and worst conditions are predicted this Spring Summer with an El Nino on its way.....
