We have survived and personally have had no damage. Havent ventured out of my street yet.
Feel exhausted as had little sleep, due to the battering winds.
My friend who lived on the naval base had a lot of trees come down in the garden.
Looks like the kids will be back to school tommorow and i will be back to work.
Im relieved that the cyclone didnt hang around or got any worse as what i went through was bad enough. The kids did my head in being cooped in all day lol
Im off to get some breckie and take my dog for a walk so i can get a better picture of my estate

Re: Darwin's turn for a bit of weather! Tropical Cyclone Carlos
Carlos is still working his way down the northern coast of WA, and spwaned a tornado which has made a lot of a mess of Karratha.

Pictures in a thread on Weatherzone here and they show the awesome power of the wind
I know people often ask about Karratha, but don't know if we actually have any posters up there at present?
