Having built a few power stations in Vietnam - Ca Mau, Nhon Trach, Long Phu - and lived in Saigon for three or four years, I would say that there are enough ex-pats living in the south to justify a separate sub-forum.
Put the word around at Phatties, the Saigon Hash and similar gathering places and you'll get the working ex-pats. Back-packers need not apply. :-)

If the interest and the posts are there, a sub-forum is aways possible, but at present it couldn't be justified, sorry.
