Default Visa for North Korea

I am currently in Japan and want to get a visa for North Korea. Japan does not seem to have a North Korean embassy.
Anyone know how to proceed?

Can't help except to say there is a ship on it's way to Singapore supposedly carrying nuclear stuff.
So you might stow away on board that when it gets turned back to N Korea.

Sorry, OP, don't think there is anyone on here in Japan (not an active poster, at least) or Korea. Does this help?

ex-reg - another reason not to go in the sea around Singapore, then. Never been in past my ankles on Sentosa, and took me ages to get the tar off my heels.

I agree.
Me and two mates went camping on the Sisters Islands once.
Took enough food for three nights and fishing gear expecting to reel in the fish.
Went home quickly after the first night.
Sea, sand, Sisters Island, Sentosa and Singapore don't gel for me.
