There are many ppl who arrive in Thailand or where ever who are not concerned about medical bills. Then hospitals end up with farang patients who can't afford to pay for getting a broken limb fixed. The medical problem doesn't need to come from your heart. And BTW a medical is required in Thailand depending on your visa.
Why don't you post your situation on Thaivisa forum. Good source for first hand info from ppl on the "real" ground. I just live in an expat ghetto.

Thank you all for your guidance and input, and I am aware of Thaivisa, good idea. I do feel we are drifting away from my original post. If anyone can offer me a job, possibly in real estate, office, or driving or can introduce me to someone who can offer me such a job, then please do so. Let me worry about getting insurance, visa's, and everything else especially as this will vary depending on the particular circumstances of the job and country, it's the job offer I need.

But as pointed out above, this isn't the section of the forum for that. We have a 'Jobs Wanted' section which is where a thread of that nature should be placed, the main forums are for chat about the other matters.

So please, if you're just after a job offer (unlikely as it is), repost in the Jobs Wanted section, and keep visa/insurance/chat to this thread.
