Chef jobs in Thailand/Malaysia
Hi all,
I am a chef currently based in the UK with 3 years experience at 3 AA Rosette and Michelin Star level. I am interested in moving to Thailand or Malaysia (possibly travelling to other areas of Asia as well) for 12 - 24 months to learn more about the cuisine and cooking techniques. I am not overly concerned by salary, just a place to stay and somewhere I would learn and experience traditional methods.
I have researched myself however it seems difficult without having contacts in the region.
Any assistance and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
