Hello, I'm going to be moving to the Netherlands (I have been offered a job with a Dutch company) and will be resident and paying tax there. I plan to rent my flat out in the UK, but I would like to know what the tax I would have to pay in the UK on this - Is there a threshold? What are the rates?

I rang the UK Tax office but they didn't seem to know!
