Hi Susie,

An area where a lot of expats live in Warsaw is called Konstancin. It is not actually in Warsaw itself. It is a bit south, around 20km from the centre. The American school is located in Konstancin. There are plenty of ameneties nearby.

Closer to the centre, you have an area of Warsaw called Mokotow. It is very pleasant, lots of parks. The British school is in this region. As a result, this area is also popular with expats.

You could easily find a house with a garden in both of these areas.

Regards,

Ross.
