Visa requirements for move to Poland from UK post Brexit

Wondering if you could help me as I'm a little uncertain. My partner (Not married, Polish national), our daughter (dual nationality) and I (UK national) are planning to move from UK to Poland around the end of 2022.
Clearly I'm the one that has to do some leg work in obtaining visas etc now the UK is a third country. What I want to ensure is that I understand all the documentation required to fulfil this move and am also apply for jobs prior, know this is a little more complex post Brexit.
From what I understand I need:

- Temporary residence permit and can then apply for full permit
- Work visa
