Hi,
I would like to purchase a large plot of land in Estonia while still living in the UK.
Is there anyone who has already purchased property/land there and would be able to give me some guidance?
I don't want to end up with no money and no land :-)

This website Buying Property - Work in Estonia seems pretty good, if i could offer one bit of advice, get a good lawyer and translator if it is a large transaction for you!

Estonia is one of the less spoke about European countries :-)

I love the untouched nature of Estonia, peace and affordable price of land. I would like to build a log cabin and have it as my own holiday home. Canada of the East :-)
Could be a possibility for digital detox business for Londoners in the future :-)
But at the moment, it would be just for my family.

I've never been, my partner is Polish and therefore Czech and Slovak languages are kind of similar to Polish, is this the same for Estonian? I enjoy nature too, will have to check it out one day.

Where are you finding this cheap land, online?
