Hi, welcome to BE. Might be worth mentioning if you're Swedish citizens (or citizens of another EU country) so can move freely, or if you'll need a visa thanks to Brexit? Just so people can give you advice on visas and eligibility if that's required too.

Best of luck.

Hi, yes of course, should have done that, I am a UK passport holder but have French residency having lived in France pre Brexit, my partner had dual nationality been the holder of both a UK and French passport, we would be coming from France direct to Sweden by road, have a dog that has the Pet Passport, but we will make sure that's acceptable once we know if we can enter !
Thank you.

Hi, and welcome to the forum!
Post again in the dedicated Scandinavia forum above, where members living in Sweden can advise. If you're "partners" and not married, you should find out whether the Swedish Administrations will treat you as separate individuals, and what impact this would have for your own Visa (correct me if I'm wrong, but the fact of being a UK citizen resident in France doesn't count in another EU country). If you're buying property, check the Swedish Laws of Inheritance and Succession. You'll already know the complications in that respect for unmarried couples in France, so best to find out first what's applicable in Sweden...
