Are you looking for a solicitor (i.e., someone for conveyancing, wills, family law) or are you looking for a lawyer (company registration, detailed visa requirements, law..)? If you let me know, I hope to be able to help better.

Areas of Sofia to avoid ? - well, it depends upon what you are looking for, but like any city worldwide there are better areas than others. We live Downtown Sofia right in the very middle (not Lozenetz or any of the other 'new build' residential areas and still love it). What kind of "feel" to an area do you want?
