I am working for an Indian company and came to Belgium for project implementation in information technology. Here i am getting the pay according to Belgian payroll.
I would like to know what is the average salary in Belgium if you have 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Please let me know about this bcas i am getting very less nett amount.

Salaries in Belgium tend to be a bit lower than in surrounding countries. It's hard to say what your salary should be, based on your "4 years of experience". It all depends on what level you are in IT. As you probably know, developers earn more than system administrators, who in turn make more money than most CSR's. Try to find job openings in Belgium that you think you qualify for, and compare the salaries offered to what you're earning now to get a clue about whether you're underpaid or not.
