Salary - Belgium, work from usa
Hi,
I am computer programmer from California,USA. I just received offer from software company from Belgium to work from home (USA).I am trying to negotiate salary. But I dont know anything about salaries they pay to programmers having 15 years expericence.I dont know tax structure either. Can any one please give me headstart and guide me how to make this work? Do I need visa/work permit ? How about perks?
