Restaurant - Health and safety
Hello all - I moved to Spain last week and am planning on setting up a restaurant over here. I am currently staying in Malaga in El Palo deciding just were to go, Rincon is looking favorite at the moment.
In the mean time I am trying to get the health and safety certificate that is basically one day allows you to handle food, I have heard it is simple, but need it in English as my Spanish is rubbish (my German partner does all the talking!) can anyone help? ? |
