Default Prices in Alpine cities - Geneva/Grenoble/Chambery/Annecy

I'm trying to get a rough idea of the cost of appartments in the Alpine region of France/Switzerland but the only easily accessible adverts seem to be of houses in the ski resorts themselves. I'm looking to buy an appartment with year round rental potential, that's also fairly close to airports/TGV and ski resorts so I can enjoy living there! Geneva is top choice for location and rental possibilities, but I'm struggling to find any adverts to get a feel for the price. I'd like a 2 bed with parking that's close to transport links, is this possible anywhere for 150,000 Euros?

I'd also like to get in touch with any ex-pats living in the region for any advise!

Thanks in advance!
