Default Paris to Fontainebleau?

What's the best way to get from Paris (11e) out to the Chateau of Fontainebleau? Can we take the RER or do we have to take a bus?

You need to go to GARE DE LYON. There are several trains to Fontainebleau and best bet is to look up the timetable on the www.sncf.com and look at the AROUND PARIS section. Just type in the two stations and the date etc.
