I'm beginning to think not but does anyone know of a way of getting a one-way van rental from the UK to Italy?
Many thanks

Somebody in Italy once mentioned Auto-Europe but getting one way to any place seems difficult.

Did you manage to find someone to fill your van? - we are trying to move some domestic freight from the UK to Italy - from Feb 1st. Please let me know if you have already moved/filled te van. Thanks!!

Hi martin,
No, the trip is still on...... just waiting for the weather to settle down. What do you have? where are you going from and to?
John.

Hello John,
We have a container with a company in Brentford west london with 250 cub ft/ 7/8 square metres of domestic items for removal. Limited furniture with most of the stuff in tea chest size boxes or bags. We are moving to northern sardinia but could also arrange a transfer to our own van in either genoa or rome (both good for ferries to porto torres or olbia in sardinia). Let me know if this might work with your plans. I have two weeks off work from the 8th feb until the 20th so this is our window for getting the stuff across. If this looks possible we can start looking at the financial side of things, if not I wish you a safe drive.
Regards, Martin
