In order to work outside one's home country one doesn't need citizenship for every country. I live in Asia for most of the year and just deal with immigration every year. I did this in all 17 countries where I lived and worked. What's the issue? Get off your bum and get on with life.
Or just stay within your comfort zone back home.
Soon you won't have much choice but to stay home.

Property ownership in this or that country. Interest in coming and going as one pleases. No hassle, no changing immigration requirements.
