Living in Sofia
If you need to live in Sofia, Bulgaria - here are some examples:
- Best quarters: Lozenetz, Ivan Vazov, Iztok, Center.
- Very good: Dianabad, Musagenitza, Hipodruma, Lagera, Strelbishte, Beli brezi.
- Standart: Mladost, Krasno selo, Borovo.
- Bad: Obelya, Nadezhda, Lulin.
- ABSOLUTELY AVOID: Fakulteta, Hristo Botev.

The riots in Sofia are about to end. Sofia now is the same safe place as before.

Worked in Sofia for six months, stayed not far from Mall of Sofia. I love eating out, there are a number of good restaurants and a few decent bars. Apart from that there isn't much to do to be honest.

Hi, 
I'm Portuguese, my husband is Bulgarian and we have a little baby(2years).
We was living in France, but because he needed to have a lot of documentation and needed permission to work there we decided to try our chance here in Bulgaria, so we moved, currently we are living in Mladost 1 not far from Sofia Mall, and I really like it, until now no problems...
