please could anyone help me....

i live in the uk and would like to bring my girlfriend and her children to the uk to live but don't really know how this would work with things like Schooling, health and her working here.

If she is an EU cit then the problems will be minimal. My local hospital has a steady turn over of German doctors and nurses working in it and they all bring their offspring/spouses with them and they don't appear too stressed by it all.
There's bound to be a bit of turmoil if the kids are changing school and in every school there's a knuckledragger who is going to make their lives a misery 'cos they weren't born within a hundred yards of his Dad's local
